The Ugandan High Commissioner to Kenya HE Angelina Wapakhabulo addressed Ugandan Students at Strathmore University in Nairobi and outlined the roles and responsibilities of Ugandan Missions abroad.

She urged the students to be proactive and play any role they can to contribute towards the development of our country through innovative ways.

The High Commissioner further advised the students to register with the Mission and not  wait to contact the Mission only when they get into trouble.

During the interactive session the Ugandan students identified good work ethics and businesses aggressiveness as some of the good practices they have learnt in Kenya.

The meeting was also addressed by Ugandan  Prof Izael Da Silva who is the Deputy Vice Chancellor at Strathmore University  where there are about 40 Ugandan students who come together under a network forum dubbed +256.
